Partnerships

We are always keen to work or collaborate pro-bono with other charity, community groups or grass roots organisations to reduce institutionalised and systemic racism.

As a non-profit Community Interest Company, we use an equity based financial eco model that ensures that charity centred Black workers continue to be paid fairly for any labour. We also remain committed to reinvesting any revenue back into the community.

We therefore charge an engagement fee to any private ltd company, governmental department, think-tank or government funded public service.

Private Companies, Public Services (including the NHS) and Governmental departments requesting Black communities to conduct research, gather data, share insights, engage the community or facilitate workshops and listening sessions, without payment is considered to be committing a form of institutionalised racism and exploitation.

Black and Brown communities should not be coerced into free labour, conducting user research or sharing their personal data via focus groups and workshops.

Inclusion of ethnic minority people in research in-order to improve services is a human right under the equalities act and not a goodwill gesture.

Please ensure that you budget to pay Black community engagement partners for their outreach and data gathering services.

This work takes, planning, time, investment, project management and a deficit of wider expenses. If you are being paid in your role please do not expect Black workers to labour for free.

We want a fairer society where all people are treated equally and equitably and would like to work with organisations who align with our values.

If you would like to work with us, please complete our partnership booking form.
